Minimum Upload Guarantee

We want Snapillar to create useful content, not just look good on site.

For eligible bookings, we agree a realistic minimum valid upload target before the event. If the target is not reached and the Snapillar was correctly installed, visible, accessible, and live for the agreed event period, we'll offer an agreed remedy such as a partial refund, service credit, or additional content support.

Why we offer it

Planned around engagement, not just installation.

Snapillar is designed to create real crowd-generated content. The physical unit, QR flow, moderation tools, and final edit only matter if attendees actually use it. Our Minimum Upload Guarantee gives organisers extra confidence that the activation is being planned with engagement in mind.

How the guarantee works

A clear target, clear setup conditions, and a pre-agreed remedy.

We agree a target

Before the event, we agree a minimum valid upload target based on event size, expected footfall, duration, placement, package type, and how Snapillar will be promoted on site.

Your team sets it up properly

For self-install bookings, the unit must be set up using the provided guide. Setup photos and a successful test upload must be submitted before the event opens to attendees.

Guests use the Snapillar

The Snapillar must be visible, accessible, live, and available for the agreed event period. The QR code and instructions must remain clear and usable.

We count valid uploads

After the event, we count completed valid uploads. A valid upload means a completed photo submission with consent accepted, linked to the correct event, and not spam, duplicate, blank, abusive, corrupted, or technically unusable.

If the target is missed

If the agreed target is not reached and all guarantee conditions were met, we'll provide the remedy agreed in your booking confirmation. This may be a partial refund, service credit, free rerun support, or additional content help.

Valid uploads

What counts as a valid upload?

A valid upload means a completed photo submission that:

  • is linked to the correct event;
  • includes accepted consent;
  • contains an actual usable photo;
  • is not spam, abusive, blank, corrupted, or technically unusable;
  • is not an obvious duplicate submission.

The guarantee is based on valid uploads, not raw upload attempts.

When it applies

Setup and access matter.

The Minimum Upload Guarantee applies only where the Snapillar was correctly set up, visible, accessible, and live for the agreed event period.

  • The unit was installed according to the setup instructions.
  • Setup photos and a successful test upload were submitted before the event.
  • The QR code was visible and scannable.
  • The unit was placed somewhere attendees could reasonably access it.
  • The unit remained live for the agreed event period.
  • The organiser did not move, cover, hide, disable, or misuse the unit.
  • The event was not cancelled, heavily restricted, or materially changed.
  • Upload numbers were not affected by circumstances outside Snapillar's reasonable control.

Exclusions

What the guarantee does not cover.

The guarantee does not apply where low uploads are caused by poor placement, lack of attendee access, organiser changes, event cancellation, network failure outside Snapillar's control, failure to follow setup instructions, damage, misuse, or the unit being hidden, covered, moved, or switched off.

Example

For a small one-day event, we may agree a target of 25 valid uploads. For a larger festival day, the target may be 50-100 valid uploads. For a multi-day festival weekend, the target may be higher. The final target is always agreed before the event based on the booking and expected audience.
